Shipping Policy – NoMoreOopsies

This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made from NoMoreOopsies, regardless of the customer’s country of residence, without prejudice to any non-waivable consumer rights granted by the laws of the customer’s place of residence.
This Policy should be read together with our Returns and Refunds Policy and our Terms of Service.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) may be processed on the next business day.
Processing times are estimates only and not guarantees. During periods of high order volume, operational constraints, international holidays, or temporary suspensions by fulfillment or logistics partners, processing times may be extended.
If we experience a significant delay, we will notify you by email whenever reasonably possible.
2. Shipping Methods, Countries & Rates
2.1 Countries We Ship To
We currently ship to the following countries:
- United States
- Canada
- United Kingdom
From time to time, we may add or remove destination countries. Any changes will be reflected on this page and at checkout. If your country does not appear at checkout, we are not currently able to ship there.
2.2 Shipping Methods & Rates
We may offer free standard shipping on certain orders or to certain destination countries (for example, the United States), as indicated on the product page or at checkout.
For some countries or orders (for example, Canada), a shipping fee may apply. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
Shipping methods and carriers may vary depending on the destination country and the nature of the product.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery date.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, operational capacity, and peak-season volumes.
All estimates below include both order processing and transit time.
- United States: 8–15 business days
- Canada: 10–20 business days
- United Kingdom: 8–15 business days
- Other countries (if enabled at checkout): International orders may take approximately 10–25 business days, depending on the destination and local postal services.
NoMoreOopsies does not guarantee delivery on any specific date and is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, as further described in our Terms of Service.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, when available.
Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after the package has been handed to the carrier.
In some cases, tracking information may be limited or available only until the package reaches the destination country.
5. Shipping Address, Failed Delivery & Returned Parcels
You are responsible for providing a complete, correct, and up-to-date shipping address at the time of purchase.
We are not responsible for:
- Failed deliveries due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses provided by the customer.
- Failed deliveries where the carrier is unable to deliver or the package is not collected within the carrier’s holding period.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of shipment, or failure to collect the package:
- We will notify you by email; and
- You may choose between:
1. Reshipment to a corrected address (additional shipping charges may apply), or
2. Cancellation of the order. Once the goods are received back and inspected, a refund of the product price will be processed in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy.
For orders that originally included free shipping, actual outbound shipping, return shipping, customs, or storage fees incurred by us may be deducted from the refundable amount where permitted by law.
Nothing in this section affects any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or for additional charges incurred at destination.
If a package is returned due to unpaid customs duties or taxes, it will be treated as a returned parcel under Section 5 of this Policy.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once the carrier’s tracking system marks a package as “Delivered”, the risk of loss passes to the customer.
NoMoreOopsies is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
If your package appears lost in transit (for example, no tracking updates for an extended period):
- Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number; and
- Contact us at [INSERT YOUR SUPPORT EMAIL] with your order number.
We will assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier. Any replacement or refund will be determined on a case-by-case basis, in accordance with applicable law.
8. Damaged Packages Upon Arrival
If your order arrives visibly damaged:
- Take clear photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, and product; and
- Contact us within 3–5 days of delivery at nomoreoopsies@yahoo.com
, including your order number and photos.
We will review your case and may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund in line with our Returns and Refunds Policy.
9. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders begin processing shortly after being placed.
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at nomoreoopsies@yahoo.com
We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered processing or has been shipped. Any changes after shipment will be handled according to this Shipping Policy and our Returns and Refunds Policy.
10. Holiday & Peak Season Delays
During holidays and peak shopping seasons (including, but not limited to, year-end holidays and internationally observed holiday periods), processing and delivery times may be longer than usual.
Temporary operational slowdowns or suspensions by fulfillment centers, inspection facilities, or logistics partners may occur during these periods.
Customers are encouraged to place orders early during peak seasons to reduce the risk of delays.
10.1 Seasonal Operational Notice (Limited Period)
During certain internationally observed holiday periods, typically occurring between late January and late February, operational capacity across fulfillment, inspection, packaging, and logistics partners may be temporarily reduced or suspended.
For orders placed or processed during these periods, total order preparation and fulfillment time may be extended and, in exceptional cases, may take up to 20–25 business days before shipment.
These seasonal operational impacts are temporary and limited in duration. Normal processing and fulfillment timelines resume once standard operations are restored.
By placing an order during these periods, you acknowledge and accept these potential temporary extensions to processing and fulfillment times.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
